		<description>Good article Bill.  I agree that the reuse of existing items should always be considered.  One pit fall to keep in mind reusing fixtures etc. is that often they will need to be relocated, re wired, or modified in some way.  Then when something doesn&#039;t work as it should the owner or tenant is partially on the hook for the repair as they are now the &quot;supplier&quot; of that item.  As long as every one knows their responsibility up front the potential tension from a problem like I&#039;ve noted above can be largely avoided.
