In today’s economic climate, most retail development firms, shopping center landlords, office building owners and especially general commercial construction contractors would be wise to take a step back and ask themselves if they are leaving any money on the table when it comes to new business and servicing their customers.
It amazes me in today’s commercial real estate market when I hear commercial construction news about companies or people who just phone it in with their commercial construction services.
I understand the word “commitment” can be scary to some people, especially guys. But I was always drawn to the idea of commitment. In fact, I started dating my wife my sophomore year in high school.
